This comfortable south facing villa is on 2 levels with lovely garden and private saltwater pool. It has 3 bed rooms and sleeps 4-6 persons. Communal pool, three tennis courts, pétanque and volleyball court are also in this nice quiet secured domain.
A supermarket, bakery and chemist can be found only a few minutes walk away. The historic villages of Valbonne & Biot are five minutes drive, only 4 kilometres away.
Valbonne has many lovely shops, nice restaurants and holds a weekly Farmer’s Market on Friday morning. There you can find wonderful delicious fruits and vegetables, often fish and oysters, cheese and sausages, textiles and clothing and much more.
Biot is full of emblematic places and remarkable monuments which contribute to the authenticity of its Provencal charm. The church and the chapels, but also the squares and the old doors, are all vestiges of a rich and fascinating history. Take a trip back in time and admire the sites and buildings that have been preserved over time.
At the very heart of Biot village, the Place des Arcades is the place to be in Biot from a heritage point of view. Originally a Roman castrum, then the seat of the Templars, the square now has the distinctive appearance of Ligurian architecture, which it has had since Biot was repopulated by the Italians in the 15th century.

10 golf courses in the immediate area, from 5 to 10 minutes drive away. Some of the best golf courses in the south of France are located here, so the house is ideal for those who want to go golfing.
The nearest ski resort in the Alps is 40 minutes away, and it is 1 hour and 30 minutes to Isola 3000, which is a major winter sports resort, so there are many opportunities for activities.
About 50 minutes by car to Monaco and Italy.

Parc naturel départemental situé entre les communes de Biot et de Valbonne
Le parc départemental de la Brague s’étend sur 480 hectares dans les communes de Biot et de Valbonne. Il se situe à 6km de la Méditerranée et son altitude varie de 40 à 245m.
Le parc forme une sorte de croissant axé sur la rivière de la Brague et son affluent le Bruguet.
De nombreux vestiges historiques sont présents, comme les vieux moulins, les traces des meules des charbonniers, les carrières de cinérite des Pierres à Four ou des indices de la présence romaine.
Le parc présente une grande diversité de paysages méditerranéens (pinèdes, garrigue, chênaie, cistes, myrthes).
