Domaine Val d’Azur, located between the medieval villages of Biot and Valbonne, close to Antibes, Cannes, and Nice. This comfortable south-facing villa spans two levels with a lovely garden and a private saltwater pool. It features 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 4-6 people. The domain also offers a communal pool, three tennis courts, a pétanque court, and a volleyball court, all within a nice, quiet, and secured area.
A supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy are just a few minutes’ walk away. The historic villages of Valbonne and Biot are a five-minute drive, only 4 kilometers away.
Valbonne boasts many lovely shops, nice restaurants, and hosts a weekly Farmer’s Market on Friday mornings. There you can find wonderful, delicious fruits and vegetables, often fish and oysters, cheese, sausages, textiles, clothing, and much more.
Biot is full of emblematic places and remarkable monuments that contribute to the authenticity of its Provençal charm. The church and chapels, as well as the squares and old doors, are all vestiges of a rich and fascinating history. Parc naturel départemental situé entre les communes de Biot et de Valbonne
Le parc départemental de la Brague s’étend sur 480 hectares dans les communes de Biot et de Valbonne. Il se situe à 6km de la Méditerranée et son altitude varie de 40 à 245m.
Le parc forme une sorte de croissant axé sur la rivière de la Brague et son affluent le Bruguet.
De nombreux vestiges historiques sont présents, comme les vieux moulins, les traces des meules des charbonniers, les carrières de cinérite des Pierres à Four ou des indices de la présence romaine.
Le parc présente une grande diversité de paysages méditerranéens (pinèdes, garrigue, chênaie, cistes, myrthes).
